We are unable to accept returns. Orders are individually created for each customer. If your items are faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights.

No problem! Just email or call. If your order has been dispatched, any changes will result in a 24hr delay on your item.

At the checkout, you can select your delivery date. To make sure your balloons arrive on time, we suggest you have them delivered the day before.

If you have an important change to make to your order, this must be done a minimum of 3 days before your order is due for delivery.

There might be an amendment charge depending on your alteration.

In this current climate, our international suppliers are struggling to cope with the restrictions put in place. We are working really hard to ensure that we can keep up to date with all our products. Some changes may have to been made to clusters. However, don’t worry. We will use our expertise to match as best to your chosen product. If we have to change something that completely changes the look of your cluster, we will contact you in regards to your order.

You must check with the venue that this is possible. We are not responsible if the venue misplaces them.

Our Bubbles and Orbz balloons can be personalised. Please select your preferred balloon on our website and fill in the note section.

Furthermore, please note that our team will create the best wording to fit on your chosen balloon. We reserve the right for creative license over all products. No refunds, discounts, or compensation are available due to differing from what’s shown on the website.

Unfortunately, balloons cannot be sent overseas.

Our helium balloons last up to 5 days depending on how the balloons are stored and looked after.

Balloons need to be stored at room temperature for them to be in the best condition.

They are not toys, so please only use them as a display item.
Balloons don’t like direct sunlight, so please don’t place them in windows this can cause them to pop.

Ribbons might get tangled in transit and can easily be separated when out of the box. Furthermore, we are unable to provide a refund on this matter.

All our balloons are made by hand. Moreover, they are all checked before they leave our studio. However, sometimes they can get damaged in transit, so please email us a picture of the product within 24hrs of its arrival and we will do all we can to rectify the problem.

Due to data protection, we are unable to discuss any orders, returns, faults with anybody other than the bill payer.

The balloon may be a surprise but it is a good idea to let the recipient know that you are sending them a parcel, so they can be in to receive it.

Our courier will reattempt to deliver the parcel but unfortunately, a delivery refund cannot be given.

Unfortunately, we already have our chosen charities that we support and sadly, we cannot help everyone. However, if you would like to be considered as our chosen charity, please drop us an email about yourself.
